About Cautellus

Cautellus is an AI-powered scam detection platform that helps everyday people identify fraudulent texts, emails, phone numbers, URLs, and images in real time. The scanner analyzes suspicious content against a live database of community-reported scam patterns, federal fraud alerts, and behavioral manipulation indicators.

Our intelligence comes from Reddit scam communities, FBI IC3 public service announcements, FTC consumer alerts, AARP fraud reports, and direct user submissions. The platform aggregates over 396,252 tracked entities — phone numbers, domains, and keywords — pulled from federal alerts and community reports. We publish educational content, run a searchable scam pattern database, and provide free tools designed for people with no technical background.
